I worked on an app for Weight Watchers members to choose coaches, exercises and supports. It was designed as a supplementary app to the main app.

Problem
There were reports that members didn’t get enough coach support on our main app. Our Chief Content Director and copywriters did research on members’ feedback and brought up the issues of not enough mental support, fitness information and diet suggestions on our main app.
Goal
Generate ideas for a supplementary application design based on the research results of members and turn them into a concrete prototype
