In December 2018, Weight Watchers officially announced the “WellnessWins” rewards program to encourage and reward members with its own custom items and partners’ prizes.
WellnessWins program originated from a pilot rewards program starting with a series of emails, meeting room flyer and a reward website for members between August 2016 – December 2017. I designed emails, icons and flyer for the program. The emails had high open rate between 50%-80% until the end of its 12-week campaign. The good results motivated the team to launch phase 2 and I redesigned the emails. 30,000 members had joined the rewards pilot program. Meeting members had more participation. 75% of the participating members stayed in the program.
I designed and built responsive guest page and subscriber page for WellnessWins program in CMS. Both pages have a CTA to direct to a responsive rewards page which I did UX and built.
In the rewards page, each grid card is clickable to an item’s individual page for item description or partner’s introduction page.
